On September 11, 2026, KOMPAC Thailand was proud to be part of “Aussie Meat With Heart,” an event organized by MLA at Navela Hotel, Ratchaburi, Thailand. This special occasion brought together premium Australian beef and lamb, talented chefs, partners, and the local community — all united by a shared purpose of giving back to healthcare professionals and the community.
The event featured MLA Ambassadors and renowned culinary professionals, including Chef Ian Kittichai, Chef Moriaki Mori Higashizawa, Chef Jamie, Master Butcher Kelly, Chef McDang, and Chef First, who created special dishes using premium Australian Beef & Lamb while showcasing preparation and grilling techniques designed to bring out the unique characteristics of each ingredient.

Great Food for a Greater Purpose
What made this event truly special went far beyond the food. All proceeds, without deduction of expenses, were contributed toward the purchase of an Automatic Chest Compression (ACC) device, helping strengthen emergency medical response capabilities for patients in need.
The evening demonstrated how a great meal can represent much more than great taste. From premium ingredients and the craftsmanship of experienced chefs to professional grilling technology and the collaboration of everyone involved, each element came together with one shared purpose — to give something meaningful back to the community.
