Description
FW2 Series Compressed Air Nozzle produces a high-impact Flat Fan air pattern with uniform air distribution and excellent directional control. It is specifically designed for industrial applications such as cooling, drying, blow-off, and cleaning, while delivering quiet, efficient, and energy-saving performance.
The air stream is discharged through 16 high-precision orifices, ensuring consistent airflow distribution and maintaining a stable air spray pattern across the target surface. This design improves blow-off efficiency while reducing compressed air consumption, making the FW2 Series an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial air applications.
The nozzle features a 1/4″ BSPT male threaded connection for quick and secure installation. The ABS plastic version is equipped with two mounting holes, allowing easy installation on headers, manifolds, or fixed mounting brackets. This configuration enables the creation of a uniform air curtain with consistent airflow distribution across the working area.
The FW2 Series is available in three material options to suit different operating environments:
