The MultiPaq21 data logger supports up to eight input channels for Type T or K thermocouples, enabling simultaneous temperature measurement at multiple points within the product and its surrounding environment. With flexible thermocouple cabling, sensors can be precisely placed inside the product, on the surface, or in ambient air—ensuring accurate data collection without the logger’s mass affecting sensor responsiveness or measurement reliability.
Engineered for demanding food processing conditions, the logger features a durable IP67-rated design with special waterproof connectors, offering robust protection against steam, water spray, and rigorous cleaning routines. The device can store up to eight complete thermal profiles before requiring a data download, making it ideal for high-throughput, continuous production environments.
